Smells like FRAUD to me.

State of FL. nothing about it until this month then Conman Clarke just magically appears.

About 3 weeks later Conman was named CEO of TGGI with the huge news of the of TGGI acquiring Versa Green...

Then in Feb. 2012...

This is the merger some are trying to bring "awareness" to that Conman Clarke PRed last year. TGGI CEO feeling great about selling light bulbs in Costa Rica...

Then June 2012...

Conman had just come back from his 7 week vacation in Costa Rica paid for by shareholders and yeah sure he prob. talked to someone about bout light bulbs coulda been the taxi driver.... (IMO this trip is where the pic in the jet should be a slap in the face for shareholders)...

and not another update concerning Versagreen or the Costa Rica office TGGI was suppose to be opening...

So where is Versagreen now?
