Angelman, while it is typical sickening crap by lawyers, I would think it is mandatory that you have your lawyer present during sentencing. I mean if they were with you all of the way up to this point, why would you (and when have you ever seen) a defendant stand at sentencing without their lawyer.
I still don't think that sentencing is the end of it when it comes to any confiscated money.
