Sly, you might very well be right, like I said to empty, your guess is as good as mine....
I do think there is a fair chance that the reason that Penser is not in the picture anymore could be explained to us, right now it's only creating confusion.
Of course I understand that there might be a reason for Penser to act like they did, that are never going to become public, but I'm sure that is something that is easy for the Bod to make the right decision on.
The more transparency we get the better imo.

I was told by Peter Grossman in an answer to a recent email that he believes the company is still working with Penser for what that's worth.
