I'm with you Johnny, as 99.9999% of r/s are death.

NTEK, however, is different, imo, because r/s only works if fundamentals are sound(i. e. revenue).

Additionally, NTEK has stated they will ONLY do r/s if they have to to meet pps exchange requirements.
