I meant clever in a devious way.. and extremely focused on protecting AND PROMOTING his selfish agenda.. and his own butt. Real truth, objective truth, has no meaning to him.
As for his open letters re the BBOYS, I have always believed that the BBOYs helped him write them, as did MP. THE BOYs wanted to dismount from the tiger, and have a chance to enjoy the pile that they had skinned off the shareholders, but did not want to be "et".. So the letters helped to provide the out. The letters led directly to the sham DA.. the APA, the
takeover by MP, and finally to the CA, which mollified the shareholders somewhat. And gave the BBOYs a way to dismount without encountering the "tigers teeth". (Mass shareholders lawsuits. "We want our shares"..)
Unless one looks much more closely and with much more of a jaundiced eye than the Judge in Dallas used, one can conclude that the BBOYs were "forced out", as INET claims, by a benevolent saviour, MP.. I do not believe it for a moment that they were 'forced out. Hell, they WANTED out..
This whole damn thing still smells like a damn scam to me. For MANY reasons. Exclude BAXA, for the moment, at least.
Yes, INET, the Valimed works. Probably even useful, in a limited way. Revolutionary..no. READ AND TRY TO UNDERSTAND THE BAXA FAQ..I do not think it is going to generate nearly enough revenue to drive up the SP.
