They filed their last one way late and will probably wait until this pump and dump campaign is over before they file their next one. Like all previous reports, it will show that they are losing money hand over fist, have never been profitable, have almost no real assets, owe millions in judgments they've never paid a dime on, etc. It's the same story every time with this company. I feel sorry for all the bag holders there will be in the end.

Take their press releases with a major grain of salt. Read their past SEC filings. Go back on this board through all their other pump and dump campaigns. They were going to buy a casino ship. Donald Trump was on board with them, blah, blah blah blah blah and it's all b.s. But people pump it like crazy. "To da moon!!!!" It's going to go. "Way undervalued." "The real deal." "This one is gonna be a life changer." Over and over again it's the same old story and people just keep falling for it.

Read their last 10Q. They paid $2024 in rent for the quarter, about $675 a month for an office in South Beach, Miami? Must be nice. They reported that they have a whopping $592 worth of furniture, fixtures & equipment. They are losing money. Their income is paltry and as always more is going out than is coming in. They owe over $2.3 million in judgments and have owed this money for years. They can't own anything tangible or their judgment creditors will take it from them. How can people keep buying stock in this company every time they start with their paid promotions and b.s. press releases? They're selling and you're all buying. They make a few grand a day every pump and dump campaign and everybody else loses money unless they sell on the way up before the price tanks again, which it does every time.
