I think that is very possible with real news?! Don't you? We are at lows and for what we know there is no current dilution. So if PVSP comes out with REAL revenue producing news...I think we move hard.
However the increase in AS has put the jitters in everyone.
Mgmt should either become very good public relation experts or become VERY good at selling their products. IMO.
