VNDM is being very annoying .. he did this before in .0014 range and pushed this down. Showing fake size should be illegal. It is clearly give MMs advantages. I wonder why noone has lead a class action lawsuit on this. It's clearly setting up an unfair advantage environment.

Also, if the company want to sell shares, why would he caps it like this and pushes it down. I think we have a massive shorted position on this stock.

If the company was accurate about its statement in the PR we keep repeating, it means we are a part of the bids for that $6.9 billion portion. How big is another story. 3D imaging is here to stay.

I am thinking that the company is awaiting for all contracts to be granted (26 contracts). Then it will PR of the size after all arrangements behind the scene between ACLP and those companies that won the contracts. At this time, a buyout or an offer of the buyout will come. I wish the government didn't have a shutdown.
