The market is a dirty game. In many cases the analysts will upgrade an issue in order to sell into strength and move their clients out. When they downgrade a sector or a stock they are likely to begin accumulating for their clients on this weakness. This is a growing industry in the next 24 months in a big way so this is an opportunity for them to begin to accumulate soon in my opinion. Always be the contrarian investor.
