Q's and K's are still riddled with mistakes, typos, miscalculations and misrepresentations of facts.

yep they were. and they have been pointed out so far and corrected. Funny how the SEC allows this to happen, but then again they are just file clerks.

And yes that is not to far fetched with the valuation of the bonds. I would think they were 1.4 million a piece and not 140 million a piece.

7 mill in assets not 700 mill. I could see that!! hell they had what's his name as a BOD, pembrook or some think like that. The guy didn't even exist.

SO I could agree on this one.

But then again no one has seen the notes filed in the last 8k so can't really say for certain.

the bonds from the 30's have no relevance here. apples and oranges!
