I get your point, but since we are speaking in theoretical scenarios anyway...if our management is offered $25 per share tomorrow I highly doubt they turn that down. UNLESS, they truly are all about the experience and not about the $$$$. but your point is valid, not that I'm comfortable putting specific values on it such as "a buck" before they would consider a buyout offer.
I think a buck is a very low bar for these guys...they are going for gold...they are all successful people in their own right. I do not believe anyone in Management will be selling much if any below 10 plus dollars...look at Netflix stock...a one trick pony...NTEK has so very much more going on and a much different marketing plan very multiple revenue streams...Bab we are golden here...a dollar and a dream.
