It's up to management to decide what price is fair for a buyout. Based on all of the potential here, my guess is we'd be looking at many multiples of the current price~

You will open up your acct. and see that you have No NTEK shares but will have a lot of DOLLARS instead.
THAT"S how you will know if NTEK is bought out.
BUT DON"T HOLD YOUR BREATH for that scenario at this time.
NTEK is a BEAST!! ENJOY the ride. JMO.
