PVSP will never have a class action lawsuit filed against them. This is in part due to the lawyers wanting to be payed. PVSP is broke. FF is owed a couple of million and the CEO several hundred thousand.
The stockholders would have to pay a lawyer to go after management. That is another lesson I have learned about pink sheet shocks which have to money.
