The only reason I am still in is because ATVI put on a guy that is there to argue technical issues of the patent claims. They are obviously expecting a strong possibility of the msj being denied (partially or MAYBE completely) and a markman scheduled relatively quickly. Or they would have just waited to hear the outcome before investing resources to the case.
I have a smaller position now hoping for a bounce or a strong drop to purchase more.
