Mabwe Minerals has consistently lied to the Investors

Mabwe have used corruption and bribed the Ministry of Mines officials and EIA and have not complied with the regulations of there EIA license

There is a High Court case where there lawyer has conceded facts in respect of the ownership of Dodge Mine [If I were a investor I would be really concerned about these High Court Cases

Chiroswa Minerals and Valentine own Dodge mine and Mabwe are going to be held accountable including Theft of Ore 279 0f The Mines Minerals Act Damage to Company Property and a law suit for damages and loss of earning to Chiroswa Minerals and Valentine

Then we have Baseminerals Zimbabwe and its 3 year tribute and another law suit for lose of earning legal fees and damages

Valentine is talking about reporting Mabwe Inc and the buyers of stolen property to Interpol should they export any barite
