As of 10/4/13 there were 158,301 newly printed shares issued and 682,989 removed from restriction.

Thus the float was increased by 841,290 shares.

BLAH.....I've been watching the trades for WEEKS....it's retail....10's of millions of shares are in the hands of retail......there isn't anything going on as far as news right now hence no rally...hence steady selling....if it was big boys selling you wouldn't see punk 100k share volume days...Heddle just took over and i'm willing to give him time to turn things around.....not to mention he put MILLION OF HIS OWN DOLLARS in the company.
