The video turned me into even more a buyer. SG was not eloquent, but what matters is not presentation but content. They made the case they needed to make. I expect a denial. It wasn't pretty, but it should suffice.
I am guessing Max Tribble will be the one speaking at the Markman hearing. They gave the new guy a chance at the MSJ.
