I can think of NO WAY to change this trend. There would be riots in the streets if we tried to correct the problem. I cannot think of anything that would bring everyone together to fight for the "cause". nothing. Can you imaginre shutting off the cell phones of the inner city slugs? No more drug deals by phone. OMG, what have I said??
