That's the fifth increase in A/S for VDSC this year!

A/S increases to number of common shares per the NV SoS:

12/8/09: 249,000,000
2/23/13: 494,000,000
6/04/13: 529,500,000
6/20/13: 744,000,000
8/20/13: 1,944,000,000
10/17/13: 2,994,000,000 !!!

Clearly VDSC is undergoing massive dilution, but the CEO is only disclosing the A/S and O/S as of 6/30/13 and the float as of 5/1/13.
