Carrie & Co. want the RS, but can they get it done in the next 8 days. We can only wait and see.

This was first put out a while back, and it is common for these things to get updated. My guess is Gortaroe is correct about them still wanting the rs, and that an update will be coming soon, and that it might adjust the anticipated target date for the rs.

There is still a plan (and I think it is a good one) and it is still being worked through. We have IMHO current leadership in ENTI that will face the issues, and follow through - even when it's not easy. Judge for yourself, but the openness and transparency of new management would point to an accomplishment oriented approach rather than all talk and no action.
