That's one I've been following since late April 2012.

The SEC is leaning on DeRoos, making him commit everything to filings. As I said before, that will make it easier for them going forward.

I have come to the conclusion that there is a misconception on the term SEC Filing. It does not mean that the SEC put out the filing, it merely means that it was filed by the company. Therefore, an SEC filing carries more significance because of the ramifications if participating in improper actions.

Today's filings would normally be perceived as extremely negative by investors as they paint a horrifically dilutive picture. For assets that bring in no revenue.

Amazed.
