I agree with this:

...but the SEC or FINRA i do not beleive would have a problem with a different company buying out KMAG,... for cash or in exchange for shares.

There might be.

Suspended scam MT eK managed to reverse into VO i s, which is now at no bid!...an SEC filer, too boot...and original investors only got a small number of new shares, all now worthless....AND with a 1-2000 r/s looming.

Regardless, KMAG is screwed, it appears.
