Yes and No.

If use adjusted split price, the high was 20 and current is 2.90+/-.

Or, use un-adjusted price the high was $5, the current is 0.72+/-.

If use un-adjusted price for history high, then the current price must be un-adjusted too. So, you can say the history high was 20/5 and current is 2.90/0.72.

[edit] Please read SEC filing 2000 and 2001. The merger story was there.

Yes as INSM is currently constituted but there was a public company prior to merger called Celtrix and that was a higher pps.

I don't think so. I don't have my broker invoices here, but my computer shows I bought a few 100 shares of Celtrix in 1997 for ~$13.50 after adjustment for reverse split and merger into what has now become INSM. The invoices will confirm, I hope.

The vast majority of my holdings in INSM as of today were purchased for < $1.00.
