There are still many questions though, as we only know the accusations vringo claimed in Motion 998

Who actually deleted / what reason?
Were the deleted docs relevant to the matter at hand (design around)?
Does the spoliation prejudice vringo's case regarding design around?
**Were the documents willfully destroyed to impair vringo's case?
And of course, will HJJ impose spoliation sanctions?

But based on the little we do know, I's say Goog is getting themselves deeper in crap with every move.
