Thats the jist of it. We now have to ask management of a pink stock not worth 1/10 of a penny a share how much they are diluting us and hope they dont lie their azz off like 99% of everyone of their counter parts. I called the transfer agent about 30 minutes ago and asked them why Richard gagged them and she said she has no idea. I asked her if she was getting alot of calls from shareholders and she said no not all maybe 2-3 a week at most. She did say she has got about 15 calls already today to find out if they were gagged now. She said they are happy to take calls from all their issuers shareholders. So what does that tell you about Richards intentions of going out of his way to gag the transfer agent and conceal the
true structure from us? Shame on Richard! Everyone invested in RANF should be bombarding his email as investors and telling them this is just plain scammy....that is unless you want to watch your invest sink another 33% as he floods us with new shares.

Yep...just contacted him. I posted the numbers from the Ibox and he said they are the same.

Today was my first time trying to contact Richard and so far he has returned an email within 10 minutes to me. So this is pretty solid compared to past pinks I have been in.
