Agreed gumbie and if Brian decides to register the shares in his new company there will be firestorm of complaints coming his way. I hope he does try to legitimize this company because then he will have to answer for his previous actions as BBDA will likely not be mentioned anywhere in the new company.
BBDA has too much baggage which is why Brian is closing it forever
