The price being 4 to 5 IS the reason and low volume IS the reason this can fluctuate 20 to 40 percent. The 40% you speak of sold a whopping 132k shares. Low volume is because of no news as of now. The price staying in the area and no more dumping is fairly reassuring if you ask me.
