I can't help the pps do a thing... the company needs to follow through and be open about things (and maybe stop with these insider sweetheart deals/acquisitions). It's a joke right now with most people I've talked with. The only interesting thing here is there might possibly be a company under all the double speak. I can't say what Yak/yeti/sovereign/MG/ect is actually doing, because I can't find the footprint (other than some tales of products in store).
