Actually the concern is that SKTO and the IR (Rubicon) are disseminating misinformation.

They have already been busted for issuing untruthful statements such as the SKTO technical operations are located at the Newport Beach address - LoanStew contacted the leasing agent and they have never heard of SK3 Group or Medical Greens.

Why contact IR when we already know they can't be trusted to provide truthful information.

If you want to contact them for pumping purposes and to feel good about your investment - then call away as that is their purpose.

You did know that Rubicon is a penny stock promoter - so we know all info from them will be to pump the stock.
