There is no merger. Only a stock purchase. The stock purchase will be convertible notes issued at around .0001. My guess is 1 billion shares worth. This will be above and beyond these authorized shares. If not, I could go in an buy the 250 million additional shares they just authorized and I would be the new partner. We are all F----ked here. Caught up in a circle of legal thievery.
