I agree there where originally (as stated on settlement) approx 29,105,078 outstanding shares originally there where 235,000,000 issued fraduatly totalling 264,105,078 (round about figure)

per settlement Charles weller owes $156,250 (approx) and capital growth llc owes $277,068.00

I was looking for a date that the settlement has to completed by but the last page only states (pg 12-6.8) Time is of the essence of this agreement

Bcit has to give shares to certain people/companies due to conter-suit which is fair.

but i truly believe this will start trading in the next month or so-that is fine Megas has not given us an update he is trying to sort all this out, and get out filing. The reason I feel this will trade again is that the companies given fake bcit shares for payment are asking for new ones, if they did not think they would start trading they would ask for $$$

art, they now have authorized 200mil? Wasnt the total float around 28million when this whole mess started? Just curious, Thanks and good to see you again.. been a while. :)
