I have never seen anything in Marine Money regarding PV Enterprises. Marine Money is the world's "Publication Record of Ship Finance", published by Jim Lawrence in Stanford Conn. It lists all the finance tombstones, ship financial transactions, key ship banks , key maritime attorneys, etc.

Market is very difficult currently for vessel financing, even with guaranteed government long-term carriage contracts.
