I just think this might be (as dew put it) a value trap. They have assets of questionable value and (unlike Elan with Tyasbri) no credible partner to take them through this. On one hand - they appear incompetent, on the other - they did get a drug approved and sales were good.
Might be a fine gamble if you are playing with lunch money but not so great if you are not.
