Yes, I think it will get to .03 or .04 before the big announcement , I think that they would want to wait for the OTC uplist before anything else is released . This is important to get Audited financials, this is what will get big investors In the stock. the 300 mill ppa will draw a lot of attention and the OTC uplist will convince them to invest with more confidence .
