Camaro, I guess that really depends on who you listen to, and what you think of GRPR after doing some DD. They had stated a PR would be put out a little over a month ago and IR was responsive to e-mails, but after the PR did not come out, someone got an e-mail response from IR stating that due to "Contractual Agreement's" and "Ongoing Developments", the PR would be delayed. They have totally clammed up since, except for a statement to the effect, they would put something out, when there was something to put out. Lot's of good things have happened over the last couple of month's that look pretty encouraging to me (some I've listed below). I've got quite a few shares. At one point, GRPR had hit .0001 and I had all but given up on her. Shortly after that bottom, it went up to .0029 and has since bottomed out again recently, it appears. My personal OPINION, is that "Buy low, sell High", could very well apply here.
I believe the following info is correct, and hope someone will correct me where wrong:
1- GRPR was under a DTC chill until a couple of months ago. Managed to get it lifted, which I understand, is no small feat.
2- Filed for a California Operators Permit nearly 2 months ago. I believe that means GRPR has committed a substantial cash outlay for fee's, and that looks like commitment to me. Still waiting to hear on that.
3- In negotiations in the Eagle Ford Oilfield play.
4- J/V'd with Solimar, who is currently ACTIVELY drilling in the Kreyenhagen feild. We have one well, that we are 100% paid up on , regarding sharing drilling costs, but that well has yet to be drilled and we have 14% interests in one or more of other wells, but that (14%) business arrangement is totally unclear to me.
5- Apparently a new J/V with Xploration Inc recently. Some of the other posters would know more accurately our business relationship with them.
**Our A/S is @2.5 billion, but the last published OS was about 700 mil. What's it at now??? Who knows? But I sure would like to know the CURRENT OS!
This is all my opinion, but I see tremendous potential, and also risk, BUT I'M IN BIG (for me anyway)! ;-) GLTY!!!
