I am not arguing that this stock and company doesn't have merit, but I do hope that current financial transparency comes now that the merger is ostensibly completed.
That will help define value.
My concern is that there is minimal revenues which is why they bought the SBRH shell, to then RS (which they could blame on the prior SBRH management) and then use new shares to fund "growth"...
And shareholders get nothing at the end....
Willing to throw a few bucks in...at the right price to at least marginalize my risk.
