David--- Thank you so much for kindly clarifying the differences between uplisting requirements and the share buyback program Ntek has smartly instituted. I am further delighted to know that a reverse split may not be needed, if share price is high enough. I have complete faith in you and Ntek and am a long term holder and great fan of yours. Ntek is the best stock I have owned, thank you so much!! : )

David, thanks for taking time this afternoon to answer my questions regarding the financials. Please kindly ask your accounting dept to review the fixed asset purchase treatment on both balance sheet and income statement. Thanks again.

Is there a general time frame that the company is hoping to accomplish the up listing?

Can't tell you how nice, how refreshing, even exhilarating it is to be a shareholder in a company that a member of senior mngmt. listens to shareholders and in some cases answers their questions and concerns!! Thank You David!

Mr Foley, When Is NTEK Doing The Reverse-Split?

"Whether or not the company does a reverse split would be determined by the share price at the time of uplisting and would be used as a means to increase price so that it would be able to sustain well above minimum requirements in the new exchange. If the share price is strong enough for the uplisting no reverse will be used"
