I think you forgot something, in the cases that you mention I believe the shareholders lose out. The company goes on but without the shareholders. New shareholders arrive to move on with the company.

Old shareholders get the shaft and probability
refuse to take another chance.

are you saying that we are headed towards bankruptcy?

I would hope that most companies that go through Chapter 11 reorganization would have much higher revenues streams to support themselves after the event.

For instance:
VoX Adds 13 More Countries to the Samsung App Store and Increases Weekly Downloads by 25% in 30 Days

PVSP added CC product last Q.

Both the higher download rates and the CC did not help PVSP increase their revenues. The 10Q clearly shows just how well the company is doing. How can one justify that going through Chapter 11 will change anything for PVSP? They are not making enough revenues to begin with to pay the current bills, let alone worry about the new debt the are generating with FF just to stay afloat.
