that topic has been beaten to death, discussion of it is only meant to confuse people IMO. As stated before shares are restricted for one year , what is so hard to understand about that

Done plenty. Only speculation from posters thinking it is only a year when it can be much longer than that. Do a little DD on RSU's and you'll find that out. Obviously you don't know but thanks for the response.
