I think our dear lawyer - Arthur Steinberg - also helped Judge Walrath with her Opinion.

His Briefs and closing Statements were excellent - however he failed to produce authoritative witnesses that favored our side. Even Rosen criticized us for not producing even 1 LTW Holder to
testify. A Conflict of Interest is definitely possible with his Firm also representing JPM.


Nevertheless - I can't forget that Judge Walrath ruled the Board of Directors had no obligation to protect the LTW Holders' Interests. In fact, her Opinion completely nullifies any value to the Warrant Agreement and Prospectus IMO.

Walrath is going to live out her life in luxury and happiness. Just for the hell of it to spite us all. Shame on her. Shame on the people of Delaware. Shame on the judiciary.
