if you have level 2 it's retail, notice how the ask got stacked after the bids at .0003 got hit. You got to remember retail can hold millions of shares and a few people holding them can add up. Not saying they did not dilute previusly but today it is retail that sold imo. Noticed right after that "news might not come" post the selling started?
