Great find Chap11man! This article is very important to iPlex and Insmed. It confirmed my expectation and speculation. I will explain it later when I have time. I will let the board know my rational reasons....

Shows that once-daily iPlex achieved "IGF-1 levels in the normal range". Dr Camacho-Hubner, and especially Dr Martin Savage are recognized world experts in GHIS/primary IGFD. Increlex simply cannot match this profile once per day. Without BP3 the IGF-1 half life is too short.
