Can't remember, for sure, but the R/S was 1 for 42000. I think it was around .0002...maybe someone else here knows for sure. Anyway, a dude named Stevens, Denver, pickup up the shell from NEV SOS, apparently for unpaid fees and has sold it to a group of dudes in India, with an office in Belize. It is sure to be another interesting scam on the scum level of the OTC. :-(
