One of the interesting things I learned with Vringo is that when the plaintiff or defendant file, it hits PACER immediately. When the judge rules, it could take a few hours or even a full day for the clerk to file it into PACER. Supposedly, the ruling is available to the public at the courthouse during this gap period.
