they can't afford the cost of PR's, they are broke. The webinars are much cheaper and are all shareholders will get.

sometimes these pinks wait to long before giving anything of substance-A good PR might be around the corner but will people buy this stock--Im still holding my shares but wont be buying unless they have something substantial--One more webinar PR and most will be out of here for good
