There are a lot of Hospitals. If they can be persuaded to buy Valimed, then the Company could make the nut necessary to even pay the salary and bonuses for management, with a bit left over to hire a CFO. Even toss the shareholders a crumb or two.
But CDEX ain't the only outfit with the same or very similar technology. As MP so painfully and clearly points out in his disclaimers, well-heeled competitors could beat them like a drum, and grab off most of that market.
