Thank you! I won't speak I their current situation but 5 years ago I used to work with KMAC ( Kentucky manufacturing organization) as well as other organizations. My job was to work with CEO and CFO and their CPAs to be able to take advantage of federal R&D tax credits and "green" practices. It was a very cool job.

Anyway I can only speak to that. I am personally very impressed with FS. During that time many many companies in the same area went under and only a handful are around today. I covered roughly 5 states between Ohio and Alabama with TN being my home. Very few companies survived.

Not only did CERP survive he kept it on life support to try and keep employees with jobs. Then we had to make the moves he did them swiftly, and at what I believe is great personal cost.

My two cents. I have close to 400k shares. All above 4 cents.

A Testimonial ALL must read. In my opinion a share is a lot of more than CHARTS and numbers. Is PEOPLE inside. When we talk about extremely BIG corporatios there is no SOUL neither HEARTS inside. Only a very few can be out of this rule. I beleive one of that very few still is APPLE but hard to say how long time more after the end of life of that genious name STEVE JOBS.

CERP is just a 20 employees one. And I said "there might be a heart and a soul inside" ... I have to say there might be exceptions to my rule, ... but this statemant from 'robbindabank' gives me a confirmation there is.

Of course, having a soul and a heart is not enough to find the path for succeed in any area from life. But without that breath an strength from the inside, is almost impossible to survive.

In many post back I wrote my beleif give as impossible CEREPLAST team can loose the ideas, time and businness just at the front door of a new era of SUCCESS and accomplishment.

Doing that ALONE is going to be the hardest way.

That's why other of my thoughts is, I see a great chance to JOIN with other big company or investor group maybe from the opposite side (oil based) ... things that has happened dozens of times between wise business men
