Why bother to go down that path! BHI They are a International Company and by not investing in Mabwe Minerals and giving them a order with conditions ! FOB says it all

I completely disagree!!!

8-K's are not filed for all sales/partnerships.
I do not think SALES OPPORTUNITIES is what is meant by "material event".
If partnerships and opportunities solicited filings the SEC would be inundated with paperwork and the most successful companies would need to create an entire department to keep them updated!!!!
