If the company received numerous written requests for a public forum via a webcast, they may be more inclined.

Suggest that all interested parties write management to request this. That way these excellent questions can be presented in a public forum.

Once Again lets look at the facts

[1]Mabwe Minerals are in a dispute over the ownership and Valentine is seeking to nullify the Sale on the Grounds that it was illegal because of the Theft of his 50% Now Al ,Tapeworm and Groves have confirmed Valentine 50% signed by all parties on 19 September 2011]]and have put this agreement on the net and are keeping very quite about it but it was signed by Al Groves Tapiwa and Witnessed making it a legal document ]

[2]Baseminerals and Groves went to the High Court and were the Plaintiffs and asked the High Court for relief They wanted the previous Tributor [That someone keeps confusing with Valentine to be evicted ] and a tribute registered with Baseminerals Zimbabwe The Judgment was given on the 15 November 2011 two months after the Sale by Groves to TAG Minerals and needed a Resolution passed by the Board but this but this was not done


[3]Baseminerals Zimbabwe won the Judgment [HC 262/11 ]along with Groves as they were on the same side both the plaintiffs at that time because it was Baseminerals and Chiroswa Minerals /Chiroswa Syndicate who took Morris Nyakudya /Vambo Mills to Court

[4]Mabwe Minerals Then wanted to buy Valentines 50% and made him a offer of $300,000 Usd but he refused


[5]So Al was Stuck because he had Fraudulently submitted documents to SEC claiming he had Bought 100% for $433,000 Usd and there were other inconsistency in the Sales Agreement [like no resolution passed by the Board and Its Directors ]

[6]Tapeworm and Al was now in trouble as the judgment had come in favor of Baseminerals Zimbabwe

[7] Tapeworm then used Money to get some Government Officials in the Mines Department to remove some documents from the files at The Minister of Mines

[8]Tapeworm then got these officials to cancel the tribute that the Ministry of Mines had given Valentine as a replacement for the original ones they had lost

[9]Valentine then took the matter back to the High Court and was given relief Hc 1194/13 This was another blow for Al and Tapeworm


[10]Again Tapeworm used money to get the Mining Commissioner to block the registration as The Minister and Permanent Secretary had committed themselves to registering the tribute


[11] Valentine took it back to the High court and again got relief
This then resulted in a appeal being made By Mabwe minerals but was set aside


[12] The Ministry has made a appeal despite in the Original Judgment stating it would abide by the judgement

[13] These are all delaying Tactics to keep the scam going to milk the investors and hope Valentine runs out of Money

BUT THE HIGH COURT ORDERS HAVE BEEN WON AND ITS JUST A MATTER OF TIME AND GETTING THE JUDGMENTS ENFORCED
