I use TDA and don't have any problem getting filled. I wait till it drops and buy the ask. If you're on the bid you may or may not get filled.

I also have scottrade. How do you set up your orders? If you're choosing exactly what the bid price is your have to wait till people before you execute theirs first. Same applies for ask.

I use Schwab. No problems. Probably don't trade as much as you though.

scottrade sucs,,they take a big % of pennie trades,,i have them but dont trade pennies there,i use schawb,ameritrade most.
